Santa visit times are as follows:
10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 13:30, 14:00, 14:30, 15:00, 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, 17:00
A limited number of tickets are allocated to each visit time. Simply make your way to the Grotto area at your allocated time. Guests will be admitted in to the grotto to see Santa on a first come, first serve basis during your allocated visit time.
The booked session time is for your allocated visit to see Santa. Outside of this time, you are welcome to enjoy the Wild Thing indoor play centre between 10am and 5.45pm. During the checkout process, you will be asked to select which performance of our 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' pantomime you would like to watch. There are 4 performances of the panto throughout the day.
Each ticket for children over the age of 1 year includes a souvenir gift from Santa. Please note, tickets for children under the age of 1 year do not include a gift. Each adult/senior attending will need an admission ticket.
50% discount is available to Peak Annual Pass holders and you must produce your valid Annual Pass confirmation upon arrival on the day of your visit. Any unauthorised purchases of the discounted tickets will not be valid and admission may be refused.
