When a police dog and his human partner are injured on the job, a life-saving surgery fuses them into the heroic Dog Man. Sworn to protect and serve, Dog Man faces his biggest challenge yet: stopping the mischievous Petey the Cat and his cloned kitten, Lil Petey. But when Lil Petey ends up in danger, Dog Man and Petey must team up for an action-packed rescue, discovering the power of family - and kittens - along the way.
